We use a Canon 40D with Novatron studio lights with various umbrellas and softbox. We may also resort to some film with our Pentax camera and accessories.

2. How many years experience do you have?
Approximately 25 years and started with film, of course. Our photographer has done mostly slide film over the years and has spent many hours in the darkroom and working in a local lab. We went digital about 2 years ago.

3. Can we do an on location shoot?
Yes, we can do on location shooting, preferably outdoors during nice weather. The location is our choice but please feel free to suggest a place. We will, however, make the final decision on the location, according to your needs. My goal is to obtain the best images for your shoot.

4. Can I bring someone with me?
Yes you can, we want you to feel comfortable during your shoot.

5. How long does it take to get my proofs after a shoot?
This depends on the type of shoot. An average shoot is approximately 7 to 10 days. If the shoot was more involved it could take up to 2 weeks.

6. How long does a session last?
Our average sessions last about 1 to 1 1/2 hours.

7. Do I need to wear certain types of clothing?
We can discuss this at the time of your appointment and after a location is chosen.

8. Should I wear make up?
Yes, we highly recommend wearing some type of make up for any photographic session but not too heavy. It's always best to apply it lightly at home and bring some with you if we need to add some.

9. Can I bring an extra change of clothing?
Yes, we recommend an extra change of clothing, bring a few different outfits if you wish.

1. What are the clocks made of?
Our clocks have a fiberboard backing, lexan face, quartz movement and metal hands. Lexan is similar to plexiglass but much more durable.

2. Do you ship outside the U.S.?
I am sorry but right now we only ship within the United States.

3. How is my product shipped?
Our standard shipping is via USPS priority mail.

4. What payment do you accept?
Right now we only accept Paypal. Other arrangements may be made if necessary via Western Union or check/money order. Any check must clear before the product is shipped.

5. Does this clock keep good time?
Our clocks use a quartz movement and all clocks are tested for 24 hours before shipping out. They keep time beautifully, however, with any clock, it may loose a minute or so over time.

6. Is there any assembly required?
Yes, we do not ship the hands attached to the clock, this will need to be done when the product is received. Instructions are sent along with your item. It's a very simple procedure and no tools are required.

7. If I do not like the product can I return it?
Yes, you do have 30 days to return your product if you are not fully satisfied. We do not pay return or pay shipping fees.

8. What do you mean by custom ordering?
There are 2 different types of custom orders. You may supply your own image and we will assemble your clock for you, there is no charge for this type of custom order. If your image needs any type of work there may be an additional charge which we will quote before you purchase. The image must be sent to us at the proper size, such as 5 x 7 or 8 x 10 or larger, cropping is not additional in this case.

You may choose the face design, the type of hands, with or without a 2nd hand.

The second type of custom order is a complete custom order. You may request we shoot something specific for your clock or perhaps a special color to match your decor. There is an additional $25.00 charge for this type of custom order, it's a one time fee for the design, you may order as many clocks as you wish using your custom design at the regular price. We will not use your custom design for anyone else.
